Mind/Body Programs and support groups and mindfulness have been shown to help with infertility and the common feelings it brings and can be extremely beneficial in navigating the decision-making and emotional aspects of infertility.
This 8 week program includes:
- 8 support and mind/body groups
- 3 groups designed for couples to attend together
- 6 sessions of acupunture for both women and partners
- 2 yoga sessions
